The act of judgement has became an order of the day. Every single person attempts to evaluate the other person. Everyone tries to analyze the nature and value of  other people. As a result , different opinions and assumptions are drawn , forming opinion is not wrong, but one should keep it to himself only , instead of communicating it with other person. Because we can't judge anyone , until we have not interacted with that person . Only by seeing , we can't tell that what the nature or value one possesses. As we all know that the act of sharing thoughts and ideas is called communication. But, most of the people are unaware of what is good communication? . For instance, if a person is sharing his views with another person and not trying to understand what the opposite person is saying , and only giving his opinion , not even listening to other's opinion. Then, he is not considered as a good communicator. Because, good communication involves both listening and speaking . It means to give a turn to everyone  for giving their point of views. When you listen others thoughts then you get a better understanding of everything .
