Good communication
As we all know that the act of sharing thoughts and ideas is called communication. But, most of the people are unaware of what is good communication? . For instance, if a person is sharing his views with another person and not trying to understand what the opposite person is saying , and only giving his opinion , not even listening to other's opinion. Then, he is not considered as a good communicator. Because, good communication involves both listening and speaking . It means to give a turn to everyone for giving their point of views. When you listen others thoughts then you get a better understanding of everything . So it demonstrates that listening is as important as speaking . GOOD LISTENER IS A VERY GOOD SPEAKER
