As we all know that the act of sharing thoughts and ideas is called communication. But, most of the people are unaware of what is good communication? . For instance, if a person is sharing his views with another person and not trying to understand what the opposite person is saying , and only giving his opinion , not even listening to other's opinion. Then, he is not considered as a good communicator. Because, good communication involves both listening and speaking . It means to give a turn to everyone  for giving their point of views. When you listen others thoughts then you get a better understanding of everything . So it demonstrates that listening is as important as speaking .

The purpose of writing on this topic is to clarify the difference between Pleasure and HAPPINESS . These two feelings are different from each other. Usually we mix up these aspects. Talking about pleasure: its a temporary feeling. It lasts only for a limited period. For instance, a person wants to eat chocolate but he do not have enough money and at that time someone brought him a dairy milk and he ate it, so the feeling of eating burger at that time is pleasure for him. On the contrary, HAPPINESS is a constant feeling which remains everytime . One might not be happy every time . But the key to HAPPINESS is satisfaction.
